Search for a user

The filter function in User Management.

  1. Go to Configuration >System Preferences > User Management. The Users tab is opened by default.
  2. Click the drop-down menu to display the following search parameters:
    • All
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Username
  3. Select a parameter.
  4. Enter characters into the search box. The search automatically filters through employee entries to display employees whose details match your search criteria.
  5. Click on the employee's entry to open the full record.
